Our skidding and lifting devices not only enable millimetre-precise alignment of components in all axes, but our special designs also keep on-site set-up times to a minimum.

We were the first company in Europe to install completely pre-assembled rolling and finishing stands at the most important steel locations on the continent. This includes the installation of fully pre-assembled mill stands on already precasted foundation blocks from its preassembly pit into the rolling line.

Shipyards

When it comes to conversions, ship extensions and section transports, Germany's repair and newbuilding shipyards rely on our sound knowledge and performance. Thanks to our experience in dry and floating docks, we have long been the market leader for ship extensions with complex tasks and mega-load-outs of ship sections currently weighing up to 18,000t.
Every project is engineered, simulated and calculated in detail by our engineers in advance. The subsequent execution by our highly specialised operational teams is carried out with specially therefor developed and optimised ultra-heavy skidding systems.
These are designed for mega-loads and can be submerged during docking operations. This enables us to move the fore or aft ship and extension section safely and precisely in all axes together.
